Wrist.blog is Back After a Three-Year Hiatus

It’s been three years since I last posted here on Wrist.blog. Three years since I shared what was going on in the collection.

And to be honest. There have been a lot of changes. In life (2020, nu’ff said), in the watch industry, in watch styles (thank goodness obtrusive multi-date windows are going away) and the entire ways luxury products (like watches) are marketed and sold.

In these three years, there have been a little over two dozen watches in my collection that have been traded, sold or bought. Some trades were very, very lucrative ones (here’s looking at you, Rolex Sub Hulk) that have helped pay for other watches. Some have been less profitable trades. But as with any collection, out with the old and in with the new.

So, the good news is that I have a lot more material to talk about. And while I am writing these new posts, I think I might also do a little housekeeping around the site. WordPress has made a lot of changes since the last time I was in here, so we’ll see if we can refresh the site while keeping all of the legacy content intact.

I’m going to keep everything going sequential from this point forward, except for some “What’s Adam Wearing Today” posts. For the past several years, I’ve been dutifully taking wrist shots and will use the date of the picture as the date of the post.
